At MYBRA, we believe in customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return any item you purchase from us within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return.
You will receive a full refund of the cost of the item(s).
Please note, due to the intimate nature of lingerie we cannot accept worn or washed garments. All items must be in sealed packages or unworn and no returned merchandise will be accepted unless it is unused, and in resalable condition.
